Dear Guests,
We would like to kindly inform you that the fusion menu in our “Traum für Zwei” or “Zwei Träume für Zwei” arrangements is determined by our head chef and therefore cannot be changed. However, smaller adjustments (e.g. no seafood) are possible.
If you have a food intolerance or special dietary preferences, we recommend booking our “Wie für mich gemacht” arrangement. In this case, we will check availability to see if we can accommodate your requests.
Due to our current staffing situation, it may unfortunately happen that we cannot fulfill all requests. We kindly ask for your understanding and thank you sincerely.

Note: When booking the “Wie für mich gemacht” arrangement, please let us know in advance about any specific requests regarding the menu. Alternatively, you may also book an overnight stay with breakfast and dine à la carte in our restaurant, allowing you to choose your dishes freely according to your personal preferences.
